There are only warm, but not really hot water in the hotel, sometimes it was really cold in room in night

The hotel was little, it had a quiet ambience, and the staff were great. The breakfast was lovely, the location was magnificent. The service was nice, including a fast check-in.

Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was very simple.

Plot twist, it's actually great!

A good surprise awaited at this hotel! Its perfect location, just a 5-minute stroll from Termini station, makes it a fantastic base for exploring. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff's warmth and helpfulness were commendable. The charming outdoor area provided a peaceful escape after a day of touring Rome.

24 hour desk is a good idea as the neighbourhood is a bit iffy. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, especially Christina.

Had a negative experience when I got stuck in the elevator one morning.Luckily enough staff were on hand to help but if I were checking out early in the morning this could have been an issue. Area is dark and isolated - long walk to metro, not many shops or restaurants nearby- a little uncomfortable for solo female travaellers.

Great hotel, offers excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. During my first stay, the staff assisted me with technical issues. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

i liked---it was mentioned that it was A/C room and they refused to turn it on. when i asked, she said, open the window!!!! noice like nothing before.

Nice clean room with tv. Poor Wi-Fi connection and no luggage storage.

The breakfast spread at the hotel included delicious pastries that fueled my mornings. Plus, the charming terrace was a cozy nook to unwind after a day of exploring.

Now, let's talk about the noise, shall we? The sound insulation left much to be desired-you could practically eavesdrop on your neighbors! And the room felt a bit cramped. It was challenging to find your zen with all that clattering around.

The hotel staff were welcoming and provided complimentary coffee and breakfast daily. Clean and basic, with a spacious bathroom, yet the room size felt cramped for four nights. Conveniently located near the metro station, but street noise was noticeable at night.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, but noise from the nearby tram was bothersome.
